Tickets

1. •Tickets are sold till fulfill of orders defined ​​by the capacity of auditor.
   

2. •The Unsold tickets will be available at the performance venue, 1 hour before performance start.
   

3. •Purchased tickets can not be returned or exchanged. Lost tickets are not compensated.
   

4. •Customer is entitled of ticket refund only if the organizer cancels the event. Refunds for tickets must be applied at the point of purchase within one month from the date of the event. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
   

5. •When the concert started and will be discontinued due to adverse weather or force majeure reasons, the owner loses the right at the ticket refund.
   

6. •The ticket is valid only for the defined day, hour and place and is valid only with the counterfoil.
   

7. •Ticket entitles person to attend the event, after leaving the venue expires.

9. •The forgery of tickets is a crime.
   

Access to festival events

1. •Visitor of the concert or performance must respect the instructions of the organizers.

11. •Visitors are prohibited from displacing seats in the auditorium, taking in blankets and raincoats. The visitor is obliged to accept the reservation made ​​by the organizer.

General requirements

1. •The visitor gives express consent to the organizer of festival, that the photographs, films or video recordings of his person, which are taken during the event or in connection with it, may be evaluated by any current or future technical methods, without monetary compensation and the temporal, spatial or  teritorial restrictions.
   

2. •Festival organizer reserves the right to change the cast of a concert or performance or the place of their actions.
